- Activation: Ensure your card has been activated by following the instructions in the gift card delivery email to activate your card. If the issue persists, contact the customer service number located on the back of your card for further assistance.
- Expiration: Confirm that the card has not expired. Usually, prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) can expire as early as 6 months from the date of order. Follow the instructions in the gift card delivery email to view your card details and confirm the expiration date.
- Merchant Acceptance: If a card is declined by a specific merchant, try redeeming it with a different merchant, as the original merchant may not accept virtual gift cards as a valid form of payment.
